In Sadie City there exist several Mafia and other criminal & political groups which operate at various levels in the City. These varied and disparate groups include organized Mafia syndicates, criminal gangs and political insurgents. All these groups differ in their outlook and organization, however they are known to work together when faced with a common enemy, i.e. the Police and other law enforcement agencies tasked with keeping law & order in the City.
